Thor Equities Announces New Multi-Level Lease at 933 Broadway in Flatiron District

Bungalow 5 will occupy several floors including a 1,500 SF ground space, 2,800 SF 2nd floor, 1,200 SF outdoor deck, and a 500 SF lower level.  The property includes 20 feet of frontage on the ground floor and 60 feet of frontage on the 2nd floor.
