THOR EQUITIES ANNOUNCES CRAB DU JOUR, SIGNS NEW RESTAURANT LEASE AT 3015 STILLWELL AVENUE IN BROOKLYN

 

New York, NY, July 2021 –Thor Equities Group, a global leader in urban real estate development, leasing and management, is pleased to announce that Crab Du Jour, Cajun seafood boil and bar has signed a long-term lease at 3015 Stillwell Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. 

Crab Du Jour will occupy a 3,500 SF ground floor space as well as a 3,500 SF rooftop space for a rooftop dining and bar area. The property includes 40 feet of frontage on the ground level.
